LabChip® GXII Touch毛细管电泳系统采用一种独立进样针的微流体芯片来快速检测24、96或384孔微孔板中的蛋白样本。配套相应的试剂盒,可自动染色、脱色、电泳分离和分析蛋白样本。LabChip仪器的光学组件检测到激光诱导荧光信号后,易于使用的系统软件可利用ladder和marker标记物自动校准并分析数据,为用户提供蛋白浓度、片段大小以及纯度分析。

 

Charge Variant Assay用于电荷异质性分析检测,该检测有两种变体:低 pI 和高 pI,完全覆盖 3-9 的 pI 范围,因此您可以测试酸性和碱性蛋白质。

A:不是的,针对不同pI的蛋白(酸性或者碱性),配套不同的试剂盒,主要由两款,一款测定pI区间3.0-7.0,一款测定pI区间7.0-9.0.

 

Q:Charge Variant  Assay 可以标记超过 8 µL 的消化样品吗?

A:在标记 8 µL 消化样品时,观察到样品缓冲液条件会产生最佳的聚糖峰强度。 或多或少的标记将导致较低的信号强度。

 

Q:为什么会出现没有梯子或样品峰,但检测到标记峰的现象?

A:吸管中的气泡在芯片启动期间引入。
